Joy Naples Hotel

I had a great stay here and would stay here again. The venue was lovely, I appreciated the location not far from Naples, 5 minutes away from the main station which is excellent to grab the metro and explore different parts of the city and the main train station, and street views. The staff were good and absolutely lovely and know their duties. My double room was bright and had basic facilities needed. Got exceptionally comfortable bed and coffee/tea makers, multi-channel television, and a study table.

The breakfast available was very good with jam and croissant. We stayed in a double room and enjoyed a large bathroom. the hotel's position was marvelous and nice, in a great part of town. the staff was absolutely lovely and kind - we would stay here again.

Very very good breakfast, best ever had, with croissant, the cake plus toast. I had bright, new-fashioned room complete with fridge, hairdryer plus shower. Thoroughly enjoyed my great stay and would stay here again...

This authentic hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were approachable and the breakfast was very good with the croissant and the cake, for example.

The room was clean and modern with a nice view of the street.

The a double room was stylish, included a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet:)))

The hotel provided a very good stay. Everything was excellent during my 2-day stay. I loved the unbeatable location, just a short walk to the railway station and Napoli transport network. the staff and hostess were all attentive.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Comfy bed and large bathroom in the room. 3. Refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, and work desk provided. 4. Close enough to Naples city center, only 5 minutes from the main station. 5. Great for accessing the metro and exploring different parts of the city.

The location was great, right next to Porta Nolana, and I liked the rooms with a fridge and hairdryer.

The room was incredibly spacious and perfect for our large family. The satellite TV programming provided a great source of entertainment for the kids, with a wide range of channels and shows to choose from. It was a lifesaver during our downtime at the hotel!

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide a small play area or a kids' club for families with children.

We stayed at Joy for two nights and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and great value for money. Giordana, our host, was friendly and always available to help us, even late at night. She even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco for my girlfriend's birthday. The location was a proper authentic Neapolitan neighborhood, and the breakfast served in our room every morning was a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.
